Willard C. Rinehimer, Jr.

Will Rinehimer is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Actuary of Northstar Financial Services Ltd. and its operating subsidiaries. In this role, Mr. Rinehimer is responsible for overseeing the day to day financial management of the Company, including preparation of financial statements, management accounting, valuation, product pricing, evaluation of potential acquisition candidates, and capital and reinsurance transactions.

Prior to joining Northstar, Mr. Rinehimer served at ACE Tempest Life Re, Hamilton, Bermuda, a life reinsurance company specializing in guaranteed benefits on variable annuity contracts; most recently as President and CFO and previously as Chief Actuary. Prior to that, he was an actuarial consultant in the Hartford, Connecticut office of Tillinghast-Towers Perrin and has over twenty years of experience in the life/annuity insurance and reinsurance industries. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
